Our executive functioning coaching and groups are designed to help children through young adults develop skills such as planning, focusing attention, remembering instructions, juggling multiple tasks, filtering distractions, prioritizing tasks, setting and achieving goals, and controlling impulses successfully. Topics for young children usually include: establishing an after school/bedtime routine, creating a "getting ready for school" checklist, creating and maintaining a homework space, creating a homework planner, establishing a timeline for long-term projects, etc. Topics for teens usually include: improving time management skills, avoiding procrastination, staying focused, establishing goals, organization skills, and problem-solving skills.
